DELICIOUS - JH97 - C.W. Ferguson was winemaker at Houghton from 1863-1911, and employed George Mann, father of Jack Mann, the latter legendary for his long tenure at Houghton. This is a delicious wine, the firm power of the cabernet augmented by the rich compote of plum ex the malbec. It's a style (and quality) Jack Mann would have approved of.  Two Gold Medals
